“We were honored to have Dr. Marc Newman as the keynote speaker at our recent fundraiser, and the response was truly overwhelming. Not only did we raise the highest amount of donations in our history, but the feedback has been nothing short of phenomenal. Dr. Newman delivered truth with boldness, yet wrapped it in grace and compassion. Our board president was especially moved by how clearly he presented the Gospel—so those in the audience who weren’t believers heard it in a way that was sincere, compelling, and full of hope. We were so impressed that we’ve invited him back in September to lead his Contenders training—twice—once here in Lawrence and again for our neighboring community 30 miles west in Topeka, the Kansas State Capital. This gave both regions the opportunity to be equipped with the same powerful, truth-filled advocacy training. We are still celebrating all God did that night and those two days of training for Pastors, community members, and college students in our region.”
